Now celebrating our 25th anniversary, Leadership Mountain View has evolved from learning the ABCs of how the city works, into becoming a community of leaders helping to direct the future of Mountain View. From leaders of industry to leaders of the household, to neighborhood organizers to civic organizers, all of us are a part of the Leadership Mountain View family.

Each class highlights a Leadership Skill and a Community Theme. It these two concepts—Leadership and Community—on which Leadership Mountain View is founded, providing knowledge of the community, fostering relationships between people and organizations, and building leadership skills.
Over the years, many wholive and/or work in Mountain View ask one or more of the followingquestions: How does city government work? How does Mountain View fitinto the regional picture? What are the important issues facing thelocal education and public safety systems? What are the needs in ourarea’s safety-net of health and human services? How can citizens make adifference?

At Leadership Mountain View, we help you learn about these fundamental questions by putting you in front of the very people who craft those answers.

Why Leadership Mountain View? It’s a place where you can develop lasting connections with current and future leaders, as well as have a long-lasting impact in your community.

I am so happy and very enthusiastic to be a part of this incredible organization that helps make Mountain View such a wonderful city and community.

Thank you for your interest in Leadership Mountain View, and I look forward to meeting you soon!

Yours in service and community spirit,

Alicia Crank
